Scope

HoldThat delivers the AI Visibility Audit, Implementation Retainer, and SaaS Monitoring per the scope documented on each product page or signed SOW. Deliverables outside that scope are out of scope.

Payment

The $1,500 AI Visibility Audit is billed once via Stripe. SaaS Monitoring is billed monthly via Stripe subscription. Implementation Retainers are billed per signed SOW.

Refund

If a deliverable documented on the Audit page is missing from your delivered audit, you receive a full refund of the $1,500 audit fee. Monitoring is cancel-anytime; access ends at the close of the current billing period. Implementation Retainers are governed by their SOW.
